The Problem?:
You have the app downloads and the website visits, but your account opening process is just too long. Thanks to authority guidelines they have to be if you need to collect all that data. This results in a great share of drop outs midway.
An account opening form needs a user experience and interface that encourages users to complete the journey. Our experience with creating digital journeys for top BFSIs in the country has helped us create a very specific process to do so that saves time and cost. The process includes: Understanding the user via conversations, app analytics, heatmap analysis to creating the flow, designing the interface as well as creating AB tests to ensure a fool proof account opening journey is created.
